My fascination with photography began when I was very young. My father was always snapping shots of his three daughters and I was fascinated by the images. I would stare at the photos thinking, “How can this small, flat image capture so much vitality and beauty?” I was hooked.
I started taking photography classes in high school and college, reveling in the dark life of an artist laboring in a school basement. For some reason, capturing a moment made it feel validated, more real. My time spent in a darkroom has now been traded for my sunny office with a beautiful MAC and I love it just the same.
My passion for seeing and capturing the world through the eye of a lens has only grown. I have now realized that the joy I feel when I see an image can be given to others. After my hard work, the smiles from my clients make it all worthwhile.
